Nonna Lucia holiday house is inserted into the urban area of Castelbuono, a few steps from San Francesco church ,five minutes from Margherita square and Palumbo square,main venues of the village.
San Francesco is a church of sixteenth century and inside there's the Phantom of the Ventimiglia family, founders of the city.

is a residential house on the first floor of 30
square meters, It's made up of a studio flat

for 2 people, with a kitchen, a large bathroom

and an important large terrace equipped.

our basic offer:

it has a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace of relevance.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances and dishes needed for the preparation and consumption of meals. The kitchen is new and has a small electric oven, hob with 4 burners, a rìfrigorifero freezer.
In the studio there is also a ceiling fan and digital TV

The small bathroom is practical and comes with all the accessories you need

The terrace is equipped coon a pergola with table and chairs and a barbecue grill to brighten your stay with delicious grilled ..

The master bedroom (sleeps 2) is given for rent on demand, combined with the studio.

The master bedroom has two double beds or a place. And 'light and leans on the entrance road, with a large balcony is equipped with digital TV, and air conditioning.

We do not rent individually, being on the same floor of the studio but also has its own toilet adjacent.
